In September 1998, I was admitted to Southwest University of Political Science and Law to pursue a doctoral degree in litigation law while working under Professor Xu Jingcun. From August 2003 to August 2004, served as the Assistant Prosecutor General of Yubei District People's Procuratorate in Chongqing. I conducted postdoctoral research at the US China Cooperation Center at the University of Denver from December 2004 to December 2005. From June 2006 to June 2007, served as a professor and doctoral supervisor at Xiangtan University, and was in charge of the litigation law discipline (doctoral program, provincial key discipline). Since 2007, I have been a professor, doctoral supervisor, and postdoctoral supervisor at Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
