Lawyer Jiang Juan graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, passed the lawyer qualification examination in 2000, and later obtained a Master's degree in Law from Shanghai University. Lawyer Jiang Juan has long served as a legal advisor for local postal savings banks, rural commercial banks, multiple financial institutions, listed companies, and large state-owned companies. She has achieved multiple successful cases in the issuance of state-owned corporate bonds, financial risk prevention and disposal, and communication and coordination with relevant government departments for the disposal of non-performing assets, accumulating rich practical experience. In recent years, we have provided legal advisory services for projects such as the capital increase and establishment of a rural commercial bank by a credit union in Jiangsu, the issuance of corporate bonds by a transportation company in Jiangsu, and the joint venture of a national economic development zone and a real estate company into a joint-stock company. Lawyer Jiang Juan also serves as a long-term legal advisor for multiple real estate companies, construction enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises, and other units, providing enthusiastic service to enterprises and sincerely contributing to their healthy development.
