1964I graduated from the Law Department of Southwest University of Political Science and Law in, and have taught at the Philosophy Department of Fudan University and East China University of Political Science and Law. I have also worked in the Research Office of the Shanghai High People's Court. Combining theoretical research and teaching in university law with practical research in provincial judicial organs, bridging the boundary between theoretical research in law and judicial practice.
Long term deep cultivation of basic criminal law theory, economic criminal law, criminology, criminal policy, crime prevention and other research fields, original construction of the academic system of "crime origin and development theory", pioneering the exploration and establishment of the theoretical direction of "non crime studies", is the founder of the characteristic academic school in the domestic criminal law community. He has published more than 20 professional works, including "On the Origins of Criminal Law," "Studies of Criminal Law," "The Origins and Countermeasures of Crime," and "Principles of Economic Criminal Law." He has also published over 100 academic papers in core legal journals, providing important references for criminal theory research and judicial practice.
I have been engaged in legal research for over 60 years and have rich practical experience in criminal legal services. I have undertaken various major and difficult criminal cases for a long time and have appeared in court multiple times to carry out criminal defense work. Deeply cultivating the focus of disputes in major and difficult criminal cases, criminal risks in the economic field, and the construction of crime governance systems, proficient in analyzing complex criminal legal issues from the perspective of fundamental legal principles, and providing professional legal arguments and risk assessment opinions.
